The recruiting software has two major components, the candidate database and the site (client) database.  Opportunities (job orders) are a subset of the sites, e.g., sites have none, one or more opportunities at anytime.  The opportunity data shares certain common fields with the site data, i.e., who the contact people are, a description of the community etc.

This web site has selected a few screens for your view.  These are the "Candidate Screen", "Referrals", "Opportunities" and "Financial".  Click on the "Candidate Screen" button to the left to view the first screen.  The following three screens can be viewed by clicking on the appropriate screen buttons on the left side of the page.
