Doc-in-a-Box is also working with ASPR Recruiters Benchmarking Survey committee to place these tracking measures within the program. The recruiter will be able to track the data necessary for the report from within Doc-in-a-Box. A click of a button will produce the data for the report. This program will also track the necessary data for the NAPR Salary Survey.
Doc-in-a-Box is offering another optional physician relations/ retention module. Track issues with your providers, assign these issues to hospital staff members for follow-up. Track gifts made to providers. Track medical staff separations along with reasons for the departure. Track contract expirations for your employed providers. Report on your medical staff by specialty and age for succession planning.
Doc-in-a-Box now offers an optional module for users of version 8.x which will facilitate the importing a select group of downloaded databases directly into Doc-in-a-Box. The recruiter can use this database to contact these candidates. The information on any of these downloaded candidates can then be easily transferred to Doc-in-a-Box for further tracking.
Doc-in-a-Box is available for demonstration over the internet. Please call to schedule the demo.
Doc-in-a-Box can be hosted on your own server for remote access to your data via the web while travelling or away from office or home.
